PROGRESSION AND MOTIVATION
I train many clients who say they work hard or train often in the gym but still do not get the results they want. Sometimes you simply not working as hard as you think you are.
Documenting your progression can often help you to push yourself every session. This might mean sprinting on the treadmill one week for 20 seconds documenting this then in two weeks doing the same sprint but figuring you did 20 last time so this time you attempt 40 seconds at the same speed.
Results are tough to come by if your training is static and the same, sometimes you need to change what your doing or push your body harder each time you train so your body has to adapt, your body then changes to meet these new demands.
Record your results and keep beating it!
