Trying to hold a good posture all of the time. Suck your stomach in, chest out and shoulders back. Remember to breath!!!
If your unsure how this should feel, place your back agains the wall slightly leaning into it And get it as flat as you can with your head back.
This will work your stomach, shoulders, neck and back without even working out!
