REGULAR SNACKING IS THE KEY TO WEIGHT LOSS!

Eat small portions of food very two hours in your diet and you could see some good results as your metabolism increases.

Fruit
Nuts
Natural cereal bars
Greek yogurt

All do these are great snacks but remember to watch your portion sizes, hand full of nuts, 20 grapes, use this as a guideline to most snack sizes.
