Try my fun but functional group training for 3 or more people. Get your friends and family involved and share the experience of fitness and weight loss journey together. These would ideally take place in your garden or a local park.

Individual sessions

A life changing experience where I visit you and train you at home using my functional equipment. You will get 24 hour support on your journey with access to my vast knowledge of health and fitness. Each session costs £30 and lasts 40/45 minutes

Nutrition planS and Fitness programs

I design gym programs that have proven to help people train with more motivation and get superior results. These prices vary depending on your needs. I have produced many healthy eating books to clients that help guide you every day towards your goals and change your long term eating habits. These books are £20 each.

PERSONAL TRAINING FROM JUST £10!

Group sessions are a great way to increase the fun factor in to training. you can bring friends and family to a group session from 3 people upwards.

Group sessions are also a great way to reduce the cost of training. You still get a high quality session, diet and food advice as well as advice on your own training sessions.

These can be held at a place of your choosing whether it be your back garden or the local park.

Bespoke Individual Sessions

The charge for one session is £30 (plus a £5 suppliment if over 10 miles away) which will last up to 45/50 minutes.

Discounts of service are also available when block booking a number of sessions in one go.

24 hour advice and mentoring to help you take on a new healthy you.

Healthy Eating Book/Bulking book/Muscle gain book with macro nutrient break down – £50

Just £50 for a realistic change to your diet that is structured around your life and current eating habits so that you can gradually get used to your new regime. Preventing relapse and a enforcing a change for life.

Gym programs for you – £ negotiable

I have designed many programs for clients and for individuals who I do not currently train. The results and feedback i have had from these programs have been brilliant.

The Ultimate Guide, Train with Sam’s Guide to a Stronger Healthier Life

A bespoke eating plan designed to get you to your goal with the most efficiency. you will be told what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat it.

Included is a 30 page guide to improving your health and fitness for life giving you the do’s and dont’s of eating and drinking.

You will get two training plans a week for the home or the gym for 12 weeks to keep you motivated and progressing.

Every week i will communicate with you via a messenger service or email to discuss you week and progress you have made.
