Calories The government guidelines are 2500 kcal for men and 2000 for women.
However
I find these measurements to be far to high, I currently eat a healthy diet but eat a lot of food. 2000kcal a day and I am currently putting weight on.
Everybody is different, measure your kcal and do what suits you, if your not losing weight lower your in take or increase your exercise.
Don’t just eat 2000 because you have been told this is ok!
