I ALWAYS GET KNEE PAIN WHEN EXERCISING!
1. Find the right trainers, over 50 percent of people are flat footed, this leads to calf and hamstring tightness and more serious Achilles’ tendon issues. Have your Stride pattern analysed. Many sport shops now provide this and help you select the correct shaped trainer.
2. Stretch as regular as possible, calf stretches, hamstring stretches and quad stretches. Search google for examples.
3. Warm up and cool down with low level exercise and stretches.
