It can be tough to get started when you do not to exercise already and it is something new to you.
Things to remember if you exercise on your own:
1: You are there to sweat, try not to be conscious of other people, your goals are more important than their opinion of what you look like.
2: Get out of breath and keep going! You won’t be used to pain Or the feeling of breathlessness, stick with it because this is where you burn your fat!!!
3. Do not get disheartened if you feel more unfit than you thought you were. Your on a journey, This is the start and you will only improve every session.
